Technical / Portfolio Discussion / Case Study
A deeper dive into your skills. This stage is tailored to the role to assess your expertise in a practical context. For engineers, it usually involves a coding interview.
Paid Work Project (For Engineering)
We believe the best way to get to know each other is to build something together. We offer a paid, two-day project to work closely with the founders on a real problem.
Offer
Once we're confident there's a strong mutual fit, we'll share the offer, walk you through the details, and answer any final questions so you can make an informed decision about joining the team.
